FNB's Standards has drastically dropped

I have been battling with getting my account sorted out for the past month, I have sent countless email and no one even bothers to get back to me regarding my concern. I have walked into your branch, still they could not help. i have wanted to request a new business card, even unable to do so. I am paying for 2 business account, and i only have one business.

Your service is pathetic, this is why these new banks are taking over your client base, and i will make the move soon too.
