FNB's so called R1000 switch promotion

FNB is a complete ******* and joke!

I received constant calls for months to switch to FNB and that I would receive R1000 when I switch over.

After switching I was told that my salary needs to reflect for 3-months before I am eligible for the R1000 promotion.

On 25 January, my third salary was transferred into my account and still nothing. I called and my call was bounced around for 20 minutes but no one assists me.

They don't even tell you which prompts leads to this department and the major issue I have is that I should not be calling FNB for a promotion that THEY promised!!!

No one actually tries to assist, when I explain they say please hold and the calls goes to someone else, for 20 minutes!

This is actually ridiculous and false advertising!!!!!!!!!

The service is disgusting and surely if you offer something like this, you should have people monitoring who is due the R1000 instead of expecting the client to call!!!!!!
