FNB's slow response to ***** case

I was a victim of ***** which was flagged by FNB, however the transaction was still processed. It has been months after the incident and there is no clarity on this matter. My business banker is not able to get any feedback on the *****. My business has been banking with fnb for over 50 years however with this bad service, I no longer have any trust in fnb, both for my business but also for my personal banking. This ***** has caused me to reconsider various business expansions and I am loosing revenue each day where this ***** is not resolved. The communication from FNB is non existant and I always have to request an update. The FNB moto "how can we help you" is a complete lie. I would not recommend FNB to anybody, especially business owners trying to revive our economy.
