FNB'S SHINING STAR IS FALLING

This my SECOND complaint regarding FNB. Lynette van der Walt from the Retail Service Recovery department did NOT resolve my problem and assumed what I needed assistance with. On trying to contact FNB via Me v d Walt I was told the matter is now resolved and closed. What a sad day this is for a bank like FNB!!
