Fnb's shameful customer service

I am totally appalled with FnB. I cannot get any assistance through the secure chat. It takes hours for someone to respond. And once a response is made if you don't respond within a minute the chat is ended. I cannot call through the fnb app, they need authentication to be approved, this can't be done without ending the call. If I call on a nor al line, my sim card is ont he same phone that i am calling from, so again I can't get authentication through the app without ending the call. I am then told to get another phone. I have been a customer at fnb for years. This is totally unacceptable. **** **** service.
