FNB's SERVICE STINKS!!!!!!

FNB Homeloan Division is the the most pathetic division to work with. After being on the phone for over an hour - 9 consultants later - NO JOY. Their 087 telephone number system does not work!!! You can never speak to the same person twice, and every time you speak to a consultant you have to give your whole pedigree again - just to be told you have been put through to the wrong department.
