FNB's Service = NON-EXISTANT

Can't I give a 0??? I am trying to get a Credit Card facility on my account closed. It was never even activated so I just want it removed from my account. I've tried secure chat 5 times with NO luck, I called and was transferred 3 times and it was STILL not resolved. I even tried sending a message from my online banking and then I get an error saying that my mobile number should not have any special characters but it DOESN'T it's literally JUST numbers, no spaces, no special characters no nothing. RBJacobs on Twitter says I should DM him because "he's here for me" yet I've sent 10+ messages throughout the day with NO response. I promised you, I was on hold now for literally 30 minutes. 30 MINUTES!!! I had to hang up because I don't have time to sit on hold that long so with that said, the query has STILL not been resolved because of FNB's complete lack of service.
