FNB's service just sunk past the bottom

After sharing my discontent with FNB's poor or rather lack of service, I received a mail with ref No. from them, promising to contact me within 24-48hours. that was the 19th of November 20. We're now at the 24 of November 20, 22:10 pm and no one has contacted me. Its just getting worse!!!!!!!!!!!
