FNB's service is worse than home affairs.

Went to the bankcity branch on the 27th July 2022 for to open a late estate account. Lady told us to come back after a month for the bank to do their admin, close accounts and move the funds to the account. We came back on the 29th August nothing was done instead we were told of backlog and the will call us after a week to give us an update. Till today nothing has happened. Why is that other banks don't have backlogs but fnb has one? Even home affairs will give time about how long something is going to take! FNB's service is worse than home affairs.
