FNB's Service is disgusting
It all started 3 weeks ago when i app**** for a credit card. I approved all the quotations and agreements, and they told me my card would be delivered. After telling them i need the card asap before i fly to CPT, they told me not to worry as it will be ready by then(obviously) . After touching down in capetown, i tried phoning fnb's land lines, which is the most useless under the sun as no one knows what they are doing and keeps transferring you from department to department. I went to fnb capetown, and the lady there helped me to order a new card(not an entire new account). After about 3 days, i went back there, and i received the card. I activated the card while in fnb and put it into the atm to sync it. After that, i saw my limits were not loaded as yet. Then the lady phoned someone and asked me if i wanted her to phone me as soon as she had an update, and i said yes, thats fine. I left fnb capetown, and about an hour later, I phoned me to tell me i need to phone x number. After phoning the number she gave me i was transferred about 17 times between agents/departments/fnb new credit applications/existing customer applications/ cerdit card fulfillment and whatsoever and no one still up to today can tell me anything as i personally feel that employees at fnb is untrained and do not know what they are doing except to sell something and forget about the rest. Im really frustrated at this moment as i dont know what to do as nobody at fnb can advise me anything. I've asked them to transfer me to customer service centres, and the lines drop. Ive spentmore that R200 on airtime trying to resolve the sh*t with my credit card account. If you requested multipale calls from customer service / managers to phone me regarding my service im receiving, and nothing absolutely nada is being dealt with regarding my issues im having. Their secure chat is just as useless as phoning them. Waiting for a response is like waiting for a million rand to fall from the sky.
