FNB'S SERVICE IS BULL****

I am very much frustrated as I write this review, in February this year I paid up all my outstanding loans I had with FNB but recently I have been receiving calls telling me that I have a temporary loan that I don't even know of. I have been calling FNB since morning and I have been sent from pillar to post no one can tell me what is happening some say I owe R594 some say R1170 and I had only taken 2 loans with FNB in 2018 which were paid in February 2021, not even the ***** department can assist they keep on sending me from one department to the other, I have had enough ngeFNB's harassment.
