FNB's service is a joke

Yet again I need to come here to complain to get any sort of service. How is it possible that you can apply for a loan and sign documents, then when you contact FNB to get an update on the progress they have no record nor do they know anything about your application. The secure chat agent I spoke to was rude and unhelpful and didn't seem to know anything (no surprise there). Well done FNB...horrible service yet again...
