Fnb's secure chat is a waste of time

FNB' secure chat on their banking app is horrific. I've turned to this mode of communication several times over the past year but to date have had no success in resolving any of my queries. What frustrate me even more is the generic answers you get. And then the banker ends the chat while you're still typing something which means you are back in the queue. I ended up calling customer service to resolve my issues every time. Don't offer a service if you can't deliver. And who is the smart person who schedule routine system maintenance on month end resulting in the system being off? Fnb may be innovative but their innovations cause more frustration, they make life more stressful than before.
