FNB's Robert Pea**** deserves a medal and a raise.

I called Robert at FNB's Private Client Suite in Durban as I was battling to get hold of my Private Banker there. Even though I am not his client he went the extra mile and was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient and was quick to resolve my situation - even going as far as calling me after hours with the solution.
