Fn'b's poor and inefficient service on reversal turnaround time.

I made a payment transaction whereby the reference number was cited wrong by the recipient. Subsequent to that I was advise to initiate a reversal with the bank which I did, their turnaround time was supposed to be 10 days now all of a sudden am told they need 10 more extra days due to their backlogs. What a poor and inefficient service by Fn'b, imagine waiting for +_20 days for a transaction that shows it's in your details on your banking profile with all the supporting proof. Fn'b sucks, but when the transaction goes it does not even take a day.
