FNB's pathetic processes
My mum's disabled and I tried drawing her SASSA money this morning from the FNB Main street ATM. Teh ATM swallowed the card and the branch was closed at the time. I called the number advertised on the internet. Only to find FNB branches no longer take calls from clients. All calls are now routed to the call centre who is extremely unhelpful.
I was told by the Kolobetso Bolokang, the call centre agent, that I must call the centre owner and ask for help from the security guard regarding the ATM. I was given the complaints number ********** , which turns out the number is no longer in existance. The alternative numeber which the voicemail provices ********** belongs to FNB Islamic bank.
I've tried calling FNB headoffice, but the number routes back to the call centre. It's pathetic how petrified FNB is of having conversations about the complexitity of the their ridiculous processes.
I have accounts with FNB and I'm now determined to close them! I'm in disbelief that a company purposefully sets itself up to frustrate clients by providing disfunctional call centres, whcih is also the only means of communicating with the company.
Good day Trudy Bantham
