FNB's NAV>>Money Falsely Advertised

Sihle April a consultant of FNB says FNB cannot sort out it's system errors. I reported a system problem under ***. The problem is that FNB give faulty "helpful tools" such as Nav>>Money. If it is faulty and doesn't work as advertised it is advertised wrongly.

All I want to know is what you guys think, Please comment which back you back with that doesn't have system problems. As I would like to switch to that better bank.
