FNB's motto: 'how can we take as much money from you as possible?'

ICASA (S.A's cell phone authority) has required all sellers of data to give buyers the option to carry over their data rather than losing it at a specific date. What FNB (and other suppliers) do though is deliberately fail to tell customers this. The reason is simple - they want to ***** our data so as we have to buy more (which is a bit like buying a litre of milk at a shop and the owner coming to you a week later to take it back if you didn't use it). Despite numerous communications with them, the bank that advertizes itself with the line 'How can we help you?,' continue this ********* policy so as do the only thing they really care about - take our money. I'm appalled both at their policy and the very poor quality of some of their consultants.
