FNB's mistake has costed me since July with no assistance from FNB to resolve

From the transfer attorney "We however reiterate that we do not agree with your interpretation of the judgement. In your case you also cannot apply the principles of an “Approval in principle” and or “Quotation”, which indeed does not necessarily mean a suspensive condition is fulfilled, nor are the judgements you are relying upon to prove your case applicable. Your bond was finally approved by First National Bank and the suspensive condition was fulfilled, the bond instruction was issued to Attorneys Shepstone and Wylie, the bond documents were signed, the guarantees were issued and we were ready to lodge."

FNB Granted the bond in error and I have been bound by that ****ing mistake for 6 months. If the transfer attorney is right, why the **** was the bond withdrawn and if they are wrong, FNB needs to state this in writing. I am being ambushed by FNB, The seller, The estate agency and the attorneys when FNB caused this issue.

Where the **** is the DUTY OF CARE??????

FNB will reply to this for the sake of replying then they hand this over to the same person that was assigned in July, she will give me a bull**** investigation statement and then she will proceed to IGNORE all my emails and calls.

HOW THE **** IS IT OKAY FOR A MAJOR BANK TO DO THIS TO SOMEONE?

Victoria has been IGNORING me from 14-Dec-22. Thank you so much for handing my case back to the same person I am complaining about not resolving my bond since June. Well Done!
BTW, the complex is now partially insured, please confirm in writing whether or not this is sufficient
