FNB's Mistake, But I'm Paying for It
Recently an FNB ATM swallowed my cash deposit and my card due to load shedding and as usual the procedure to get the money back was done and it took like forever obviously. So now I went to my nearest branch and explained to them that my card got swallowed and I need a new one. Absolutely no problem there, a new card was given and 3 days later, I WAS CHARGED R125 for a new card! What nonsense is this FNB? How ridiculous is that? It wasn't even my fault that the card got swallowed and yet I end up paying the price? And what's the worst part is that I'm unemployed. So now if someone *****s your card, you end up paying for it because the bad was done to you. Not enough that my card got ******, FNB goes ahead and *****s from me too. This is exactly how banks get their money. They feed on technologies to create a confusion in your banking life and you end up giving them money unknowingly. If I must say, please DO NOT BANK with FNB. They have no interest in customers. Very quick to ask for money, but when it's time to help the customer, takes a lifetime. Thanks #FNB , you just lost my trust and probably the trust of thousands of people, not that you care right ?
