FNB's magic vanishing tricks
I have a "Private Clients" current account with FNB, as well as a RCP loan. Each Month on my payday, my current account gets debited with my RCP loan's installment. This debit order reflects as "unpaid" on my statement (even though there is more than enough funds in the account), thereafter it will then go off my account, as it should have in the first place. Mind you, I am still being charged the unpaid fee, even when there is money in the account.i have spoken to various bankers (as my private banker gets changed so often, I cannot keep track), managers and lately RCP collection department, regarding this problem. I am harassed daily by consultants who seemingly cannot read, or comprehend that the issue is on FNB's debiting system's side. There are no turn-around time or SLA given, but consultants are quick to give attitude or be rude. I have countless times requested the call recordings (that you are so nicely reminded of at the beginning of each call), to no Avail. CONTINUALLY being sent from Pillar to Post, no feedback or resolutions provided. I am now being contacted from an external collections company... No-one can tell me where my money went, No-one is willing to listen either. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE BANK TO DEAL WITH!!! #G@TVOL #Useless #Whereismymoney??
