FNB's LOGIC or rather LACK THERE OF

I have been a client of FNB since 2016. I am self employed. I do not have staff. I use a computer and my brain. I have some South African clients and the majority are clients in Australia, Canada, the USA and China. These clients pay me via Paypal. I earn decent money and after tax - around R70 000 per month. I have no dependents. I ask for a Fusion Account. FNB wants me IT34. I submit the documents. Now they have a problem because I am paid through Paypal - the funds dropping directly Into my account. I am asked if I have another bank account. I do. A Capitec account which I opened for my former Malawian gardener to use so around R4000 a month goes in there. FNB declines. Not outright. They simply do not get back to me. They appear to think I have multiple bank accounts and I am sending money to myself via Paypal and then, ludicrously, submitting this as income to SARS. I have two cars under finance with MFC Nedbank and I have never missed a payment. If this is not resolved by the FNB Private Clients Banking Suite within 48 hours, I will close this account. 3 million people are unemployed but the ones that have the sense to work for themselves and not be impacted by pandemics of any nature are wholly discriminated against.
