FNB has NO CONTROL over its subsidiary Direct Axis (loan sharkes) . Since I reported this unprofessional and shady loans setup, I've received 4 promises from FNB that they'll contact me within 24 - 48 hours! THIS DID NOT HAPPEN AND ONCE AGAIN TODAY, I RECEIVED YET ANOTHER SPAMMING EMAIL. This is a terribly shameful situation. I think I must just go to the police with this constant spamming!
