FNB's lack of accountability and responsibility to their clients!!!!
FNB and your misrepresentation and pathetic service. After posting my last review we have still not received any feedback regarding the license disc which is long overdue No one from FNB is willing to take accountability. FNB is claiming that the licensing dept is busy which is a ****py lie as others have gone in and gotten their license. They are so quick to take the money from the account for the licensing but their SLA is disgusting to say the least. I am holding FNB accountable for the penalties involved for the late issuing of the license and thanks to them your 67 year old client was pulled over by JMPD and harassed for her expired disc. If you'll are not willing to take accountability i will be taking this further to the Ombudsman and to the newspapers. Youll are conning innocent people and need to take responsibility and accountability for this bull ****. For anyone else that is looking to bank with FNB, rather NOT!!!!

I called the call centre and Zenolia Thompson was able to tell me what i already know that the team leader is apparently "busy". No one from FNB is willing to take accountability, i dont know how they are still operating when the post office even confirmed that they havent even paid for the disc.
