FNB's ***********s causing me endless stress ( Debiting when they not suppose to)

I am so sick and tired of FNB , you would swear you dealing with some small business. FNB is failing to change debit orders date or stop debit orders . I have given up I don't know what to do anymore. For the whole year when I got retrenched I tried changing my debit order date ... yhooooo i can not even explain the stress I went through because of FNB . They debit my account when ever they feel like . I have to call and request for a refund . The *********** at FNB is out of this world. I regret ever associating myself with this bank

Now i m struggling to get them stop the debit order! Is it only me or there is some people out there also experiencing the same thing. Goshhhh !!! this is shocking
