FNB's incompetence

i am frustrted yet again with fnb. i have reported that telkom has debitted 3240 from my accout, they again debitted 1745. i do have a contract with telkom of 199, but since December 2019, their debits have varied without my consernt. i spoke to my private banker Jacky Mtsweni, who spoke to his manager, the manager resonded so ruledly asking me to provide proof of cancellation, this manager did not disclose his name. i sent them proof of my email discussion with telkom where they conceded that my contract with them is of 199. Mr Mtsweni and this manager have since kept quiet. i was supposed to have left for Limpopo yesterday, now i am stuck in Gauteng. Telkom keeps trying to see if they can sacm me of money, we have have stopped this debit but they will change the amount. i am frustrated, what frustrate me even worse is my bank's inability to help me. if this manager had taken the time to check my account, he or she would have noticed the inconsistencis. There was a month when telkom debitted over 8000. This are difficult times, who pays a phone bill of such an amount, when this started i stopped using the telkom rooter, because i am struggling to get assistance from telkom, but telkom knows that they can access my accout. Mr Mtsweni, why do i have you as my private banker if you will ignore my texts, emails and calls. There are important matters that i need to attend to in Limpopo, i am failing to go because of this funds. This manager says that the bank cannot reverse debits where there is agreements, yes there is but that is not the agreement. The bank has been helping reverse these debits in the past, why now? Do i really need to bank with FNB
