FNB's Horrible Black Friday Mobile App and Website Performance

I have been trying to access FNB's Black Friday Deals since Midnight without any success. It is now 02:10 and these errors persist. I have not been able to take advantage of their deals as a result of FNB's failure to deliver on their promise and ensure their App and Online Banking are set up and ready for an influx of customers. I should not be disadvantaged due to a failure by FNB. I would like this matter resolved and still be allowed to get this deal even if the Product Shop is online at a later time this morning and I miss out.
