FNB's Greed on Another Level
How shocking is this. The repo rate has dropped twice in the last few months and even though my partner's bond is on a variable rate FNB have not adjusted her interest rates citing as per the agreement. What a load a horse ****. The only agreement is the contractual agreement signed very clearly saying variable rate linked to prime. This is shocking to note when we even have the bond paid via a salary deduction. No reprieve whatsoever when SA Home Loans offers its clients an even further reduction on the interest rate if the bond is paid via a salary deduction. We definitely moving the bond as this is now pure greed.................

13 Feb 2025, 14:31Yes FNB, The repo rate dropped yet again in the last few weeks and again our repo rate remains unchanged. How is this fair and just that the repo rate has reduced quite a few times and instead not only has ours not reduced but get this FNB has actually increased the instalment. This is daylight *******.
