FNB'S FUNNY FICA FUMBLE... !!!

Firstly, I seriously think a 1 star would be too high a rating for FNB at this moment in time. I opened youth accounts for my Kids sometime in early 2019. In December 2019, I was surprised that my 1 daughter's account was put on hold, due to lack of FICA documentation. In January 2020, all relevant documentation was submitted and the account was re-activated. My initial argument was that all documentation was submitted successfully and hence FNB opened the account, however FNB now claims to not have the documentation to maintain the account. It is now July 2020 and I now receive an e-mail stating the exact same issue for my other daughter's account. When I called in to query the resoning, I was given (in my opinion an unacceptable,dumb and pathetic) reason for the request for the documentation. The reason given by Makhosasane was that FNB now doesn't have the relevant ID/Birth certificate on file for the account holder. HOW IS IT THEN POSSIBLE THAT THE ACCOUNT IS ACTIVE AND RUNNING FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS WITHOUT A PROPER IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT ON FILE. HOW IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE THAT I WAS ABLE TO OPEN THE ACCOUNT IN THE FIRST PLACE??????
