FNB's ********** Charges (Hidden *******ion)- #Excess Item fee
I am having a problem with FNB. They have this secret charge to clients called: #Excess item fee... Honestly I’m switching banks I am tired of complaining about ********** charges this bank charging every month on both my personal cheque account and Business account.

01 Sept 2021, 09:20The matter has not been resolved. I am not going to pay a single cent of what I don’t know. I spoke to Bongani from FNB call centre who failed to transfer my call to the Business Division. I don’t know what is an #Excess item fee that is charged in my Business account therefore I’m not going to pay it.
