FNB's ***** failure
We purchased a product from a company called Al**** Ventures which operates an FNB bank account. As it turns out, Al**** Ventures is a **** company and has de*****ed a number of people over the past year in a similar fashion. I have tried to make contact with FNB by calling their ***** Hotline on ********** 444, to no avail. I keep getting re-routed to the FNB Personal Banking Division where I am told they cannot assist me. There are no other numbers or email addresses provided by FNB to report this ****. A shocking approach to *****! How can FNB possibly allow this business to continue transacting when it is quite obviously a ********** business? FNB, you DO NOT take ***** seriously.
