FNB's FICA Failure

I have received no communication from FNB that they had frozen my account, so when I went to pay recipients I couldn't. After much frustration I found out they wanted to me contact the KYC department regarding my FICA documents, when I went on my profile there are no documents they are requesting and my status says I am compliant. I am beyond angry!! I now have people who have not been paid, due to FNB's incompetence, and I cant sort it out until Monday!
