FNB`s Fica department must be the worst in the world
I and my wife have a joint FNB cheque account, it was opened in 2006. On the 1st of Sept 2022 my wife`s debit card was blocked; on the 2nd of Sept 22 she got a SMS that because her FICA was not up to date the card was blocked? How about emailing a customer beforehand to ask to get the FICA docs updated? I am so tired of FNB FICA messing our accounts up, please FIX it FNB

05 Sept 2022, 17:57FNB, please can you very urgently attend to the above issue, you keep on soft blocking my wife`s cheque card and this is not helping. On our online banking there are no FICA docks outstanding.
