FNB"S failure to provide Tax certificate.
For some reason our Trust's tax certificate is not loaded on the banking profile. Every year we need to jump through hoops to get a simple document, which delays the submission of the client's tax return every year.

18 Jul 2024, 11:27I was just promised someone would call me to sort out the issue, but am still waiting. Naeema Manesen is just ignoring my emails with follow up queries. I would not recommend opening up a business account with FNB!
