FNB's Failure to attend to credit card increase limits

I made an application to increase my credit card limit on the 30th of August 2023 and I was approved for same. I thereafter provided FNB with the required supporting documentation in order for the funds to be allocated.

What seems to be something so simple has proved to be difficult for FNB and to date, the funds have not been allocated and none of their agents are able to assist on the app and they are further basing their assessment on incorrect information.

It's so sad that such a reputable company that prides itself in assisting its clients can leave clients in limbo without any justification
