FNB's failing security controls

I had a ********** transaction on my account. Some ********* managed use my cheque card to do an online purchase from Zando, but I received no OTP from FNB!!

How this is possible if I have "Online Secure" - a service which is supposed to ask me for an OTP to approve any online purchase - enabled on my cards. Does this service not work effectively? Are you false advertising and making you customers "feel" secure when in actual fact they aren't? Are there flaws in your security processes? Did someone at FNB switch something off for a brief moment?

Now I have to go through all the admin and headache to get my money back and get a new card.
