Fnb's Exploitation of customers hit by the Covid 19 pandemic

I think it's disgusting that all the other banks gave their customers 3 month payment breaks during the lockdown period and FNB offered to 'loan' you the money for 3 months--So you come out of lockdown with salary cuts if you still have a job and all your financial responsibilities and an extra loan from fnb to pay as well. Sies fnb, I'm deeply disappointed by your exploitation of this whole Covid pandemic that hit people so hard. I feel like taking this even further. I'm surprised the competition commission hasn't stepped in yet. Watch this space
