FNB's empty promises

I think all the negative reviews about FNB, WESBANK, FNB HOUSING and all the business are true, I have been calling them since last year 2020 asking them to put my vehicle account on my app until today nothing has happened, went to their branch numerous times again spoke to their rude call assistance but again nothing, mind you they are the ones who push is to use this app but it tends to be a bit useless for real issues. I am utterly disappointed
