FNBs efficiency regarding log ins to my account/s

Be carefull when dealing with FNB and possible ***** on your account. I received an e mail stating that 'someone' is logging into my account. When we call the number been given to us and after have been put through to AT LEAST 3 people we EVENTUALLY get told that we must call the ***** no DESPITE call calling the number on the e mail. We then call the ***** no, given to us, and get told we are getting put through to ***** ???????? We, after being put through to another 2 - 3 people get hold of Daniel who tells me that no one can take money from my account without the one time pin. WELL THATS NOT TRUE as it has happened before. Daniel then hangs up on me. Hmmmmmmm is FNB ACTUALLY concerned with the security of their clients accounts??????
