FNB's E-Wallet charges R50 Now

I send someone R450 yesterday via FNB's E-Wallet and they informed me that only R400 came out. And last week I send another person R150 and only R100 came out. What the hell is going on FNB?? Bring back my money! You charge me and the person I am sending the money to R50???
