FNB's DONT CARE ATTITUDE

I am the Operations Director for National Leak Detection (NLD), on 25 February we made a R123k payment to a suppliers FNB account for a project that we are busy with, this money was frozen by FNB. Reason being: 1. NLD had quoted another customer of ours on some very specialized Leak Detection Equipment, this customer agreed to purchase the equipment and paid a deposit of 50% (+/-R71k) 2. On the same day that we made the R123k payment to our supplier for something totally unrelated. 3. The R71k came from a Capitec account to NLD's ABSA account 4. From the info I got from the FNB Agent, Capitec flagged the R71k payment as suspicious as it was an immediate payment. 5. Capitec alerted ABSA, ABSA alerted FNB 6. The money was frozen, FNB eventually released the difference of R123k & R71k, meaning the R71k is still frozen & as a result my supplier cannot release the goods that we have purchased and gave me the details of the case 8. I spoke to FNB and was told that I should mail a Lunga Bottoman as he is dealing with the case. 9. I sent all corresponding docs concerning the R71k & the R123k to him and explained that we are FACING PENALTIES for non-delivery, to date NO RESPONSE FROM HIM. 10. I called FNB again at which point I was told that it is now being dealt with by NOMTHANDAZO MAGWAZA and that I should forward the mail to her, which i did on Friday 28.02.2028 with all the supporting docs. 11. NO RESPONSE FROM HER EITHER despite explaining the penalties imposed on NLD, this is SAD. The service is truly pathetic and something I am not used to, as I personally bank with FNB. Common decency is to reply acknowledging the email. FNB seems to have a DON'T CARE ATTITUDE while we lose face in the market. 'How can we help you?', this slogan may have to be changed. PLEASE can someone assist...
