FNB's Disgusting Disservice: Months later no Title Deed

This is actually a follow up review from now being given the runaround regarding getting my Grandmother's Title Deed after the Bond account had been finalised as closed and paid up. After weeks of liasing with the Appointed attorneys that I was introduced to I learn that the reason why the Title is still not couriered is because FNB Home Loans Department REFUSES to authorize that the Title Deed be released because apparently they are waiting for the previous attorneys to send through the previous work from the unfinished work that they did which led us to all of this. I'm livid at this point and even writing this makes n wanna withdraw all my accounts I hold with the bank as I have never experienced such disgusting disservice by a bank as FNB has done. They are so good at giving the runaround and no solutions. But when they take your money they don't forget. Like I am exhausted from FNB's sickening service. After ******** my Grandmother for 20 years of a bond installment on a closed bond account that was an error that they made, a very costly error that I am in the process of taking up with the FSB because after a recent revelation I learnt that as consumers we are allowed to query such ********** acts by the very financial institutions we entrust with our funds. I don't want no explainaations. All I want is the Title Deed of my Grandmother's house to be sent via courier. (Mrs Khonzephi Mchunu)
