How?

This weekend, I went to deposit funds from my sales into my business account. An error occurred with the ATM and it DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY. This was all the money I had. I had to pay staff for assisting me that weekend. Which I still have not been able to pay, and I need to get to my other job and back.

I immediately called fnb when the error happened. No help. Nothing. I called fnb yesterday, no help, nothing. Except that i have to go into the branch. Go in this morning. Broke, ****all money, can't even get to work, so that I can pay your bills. No help from the branch, they don't care at all.

NOW FNB, I HAVE TOLD MY PRIVATE BANKER THIS, AND I AM TELLING YOU. DOWN GRADE ALL MY ACCOUNTS. DON'T CALL ME, DON'T SEND ME EMAIL. AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU EVER AGAIN.
