FNB's COVID-19 APPLICATION IS A JOKE

FNB's Covid-19 relief fund is a hoax. I app**** for relief at the middle of April requesting a payment break for all my FNB debit orders but I didn't complete the contract because at that time I was still receiving a full salary and my income was not impacted. Around about the 25th May, my salary was affected due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and I then subsequently submitted my application and requested a payment break on ALL FNB debit orders. I was informed by a private banker that ALL my debit orders would be covered by the 1st June. Today I see that FNB only covered my funeral plan. When I signed the application and chatted to the bankers, I was assured that ALL my debit would be sorted and covered by the 1st June.

I am giving FNB up until the end of this week to rectify this, if they don't - I switch to ABSA.
