FNB's carelessness and incompetence in administering the late estate of our parent,

Good Day. My name is Sinazo Liyabona Xesha. I am an executer of an estate administered by FNB. Normally, the Master of The High Court takes 7 working days to release the hold on the account so that the beneficiaries of the late estate can have access to their monies. We are now at 29 working days since the hold was placed on the account as the hold was, for unknown reasons was placed from 25 February 2025 to date, We have enquired at The Master of The High Court, and were told that FNB had not notified them, for them to lift the hold. We wish for an intervention because many people who depended on the deceased are struggling as a result of the delay.
