FNB's callous disregard for its customers' convenience.

FNB obviously believes its customers are so hopelessly dumb that they will tamely swallow the line that withdrawing a service to them is "convenient" for them. Either that or the bank couldn't care less anyway - which perhaps is more likely. And obviously, if you forget to check your credit card account by the (now unknown) due date you will get walloped with a swingeing interest payment, while if you pay before due date FNB gets interest on your money anyway. This is disgraceful. (So, by the way, is their hopelessly clunky app, which I eventually had to demand they remove altogether from my profile - just disabling it didn't seem to stop interference with my online banking activities).
