FNB's Bronae Adams goes beyond the extra mile to deliver awesome customer service

I took on the role of Executor of my late father's estate. I WAY under estimated the complexities and red tape involved. The paperwork is mind boggling. So many times I needed to use FNB services and at every hurdle, and their were many, Bronae rose to the task, never gave up and always delivered. She is what every customer dreams of, a person at a bank that always makes me feel very , very special. Well done Bronae, if it weren't for you, I may have given up and gone to another bank.
