FNB's blunder costing us

FNB is not being fair to it's clients. I have had issues of unauthorized debit orders from my bank account and although some bounced, some I have had to reverse. This means there was a breach somewhere and FNB failed me dismally as some unauthorized people accessed my funds without my permission. That is a serious breach to me and total negligence from FNB to protect my funds. Clearly anyone can just access my funds anytime and anyhow as it doesn't seem they have effective systems to protect my hard earned money. As if that wasn't enough, they declined me for a loan citing that there were reversed debit orders - and to be exact, about 5 debit orders. They should be ashamed that they failed me, but they use their failure and incompetence to punish me - what kind of a joke is this. Haikhona baf'wethu - ku dlalwa ngathi la... They better sort this nonsense because hell will break loose if an unauthorized debit order runs from my account again as that only puts me in the red flag which totally unacceptable especially from a bank like FNB.
