Fnbs bad service

I transferred money from an fnb account to nedbank and capitec on Saturday. The money still hasn't reflect. I then did an immediate payment to my nedbank account 2 times this morning and the money is not even showing it was transfered. My bank card expired in Sept, at the beginning of the month I received notification that my new card has been ordered I still have not received that card. Now I'm stuck stranded and even when I try to transfer it still hasn't been
