FNB/RMB card delivering service.

We’ve been clients of RMB/FNB for years now. Years back their card delivery service was excellent. In the past two years it’s unfortunately exactly the opposite. I’ve phoned their call centres, communicated on the banking app, made numerous calls over almost a week to the FNB Take-a-lot call centre to try to sort out the problem. If it wasn’t for Wendy, I don’t know what I would do. Thanks Wendy for thinking out of the box and sorting it for me!
